Mind, Body, and Soul Alignment for Intentional Living
The body is a true indicator of unresolved emotional pain. Unfortunately, we are taught from a young age to ignore our body’s intuitive, natural responses to emotion, often being told to “Stop being so emotional” or “Be a big girl/boy and stop crying.” Without proper emotional recognition from ourselves and others, that unresolved emotional pain manifests as misalignment of the mind, body, and soul, creating a need to reach for harmful coping mechanisms such as drugs, alcohol, restrictive eating, overeating, binge eating, and more. Allowing the pain to be recognized, processed, and released allows our mind, body, and soul to work harmoniously and for you to live your life with intention.
